LLAIS was established in March 2006 to support language awareness across
the new R & D infrastructure for Wales, CRC
Cymru .
The overall mission of LLAIS is to ensure that health and social care
research in Wales takes full account of the bilingual nature of Wales
and its speakers; and to enhance the delivery of health and social care
services to Welsh speakers in Wales.
